Unfortunately, there has been no progress so far. Rabona responded to the complaint on another platform, but to me it looks like they are only doing this for appearances.

Personally, I have never seen scam tactics like this in my entire life.

Sure, sometimes casinos deliberately drag things out and do everything they can to delay the process as much as possible so the player loses. But the important thing is to persevere, and I believe that since they responded on another platform, things will turn out well in the end.🙂

They're clearly dragging this out to delay the process. They need to respond by tomorrow, as the complaint deadline is about to expire.

Tomorrow marks day 12. In six years of online gambling, I've never experienced anything worse than this.

It's disappointing and unprofessional to see a company operate this way.

After 12 days, the payment finally arrived today.

I immediately emailed them and requested the permanent closure of my account. I'm done with this website for good, never again in my life.
