Hello. Does this mean that your account has already been fully verified or is it still in a state of being checked by the casino ? 

Additionally, how long have you been waiting for your withdrawal ? Please note that we give casinos 14 days to resolve both KYC and withdrawal requests.

De är bedragare. Jag har skickat en begäran om att du ska skicka mig en historik över mina insättningar och uttag samt vinster och förluster i en månad nu. De bad om olika dokument från mig. Har skickat. Då fick jag vänta. 3 veckor inget svar. Jag skrev idag och de svarade att de inte skickade det till mig och att begäran måste skickas av juridiska ombud. Vilket nonsens.

Regarding the refund issue, I had a reply from my bank. He replied that from their side the sending of money to pleddo was carried out correctly and that the refund does not concern the bank but the company.

In my opinion, the bank is absolutely right. as long as they did the procedure correctly, they are not responsible. I believe that there will be no refund from any provider.

I know that when it has been dragging on for quite a long time you are unhappy, but let's try to think positively and assume that the situation will be resolved. I know it is difficult, but in this case there is nothing else to do. I am a firm believer that fairness will come out and you will get your money. Momus2006 Ltd. is a broker between bank and pleedo. All Curacao scamers need to open broker on some country in UE... so probably (like in other many cases...) Momus 2006 LTD did not transfer you funds to Pleedo 😉 Bank cannot lying to you (really bad consequences...) and there is something like swift and sepa system... pleedo is just another scam (fake rate by casino guru... ) and they (pleedo) scam you 😉

I haven't contacted my bank yet about this issue. What I'm mostly worried about is being accused of fraud/money laundering or anything like that. Because this whole thing seems really odd to me. That's why I would like to know what kind of experiences other's have had so far....

Hello!

I came here to give you an update and tell that my bank was able to retrieve the money back and they refunded it to me! The total sum was 5580€. It was quite a lengthy process as it took several months, but definitely worth the wait.
