Have you tried to ask the casino about the fee? Those fees are usually applied by the payment provider, not by the casino, so I'd ask.

Some games may be blocked because of the country restrictions, this is handled by the game provider and casinos can't affect it. While errors should be reported and handled to the game provider by the casino, I think.

What went wrong with the verification, please?

I'd say that payout within 24 hours is a pretty strong pros point these days. 🙂 Can you name some casinos which pay winnings in minutes, please?

Most commonly you can read that players are waiting a couple of days or weeks.

I think it's up to the player whether he/she will cancel withdrawal to play again unless somebody forces him to do so. It's different for players with gambling issues for sure.

Jag registrerade mig idag. Jag gjorde den första insättningen, mitt konto uppdaterades inte. Jag gjorde en andra då också.

Jag skickade till support och de sa till mig att insättningarna inte gjordes korrekt men saldot på banken sjönk med 100 € och banken accepterade dem bra!

Än så länge inga framsteg.

Jag kommer också att öppna det som ett klagomål.

I have played at this casino now I have faced problems. first withdrawal came the next day now I have made two withdrawals not received my money they say they approved and sent my money 5 days which they were supposed to take I have waited 5 days no money ever in my life have I encountered problems like this if a casino page says sent and it says approved then the money should appear in my bank account I want help with getting my money about 3270 euros

as a first step, I would suggest contacting your bank. You can also ask the casino for the transaction number.

I called my bank and they don't see any transfer of money on the way, and they say they have sent it, it is the bank that they expect will accept every time I ask about it, they say your withdrawal has been sent, they don't want to give me anything, they claim that the bank they send from should send the money what I don't understand if a casino page says already sent approved and on my page it says sent so the money should have been in my bank I haven't come across funny stuff like this in 20 years the last time a casino said sent now they say this, I received an email from them

Hello,

I'd like to say that when the withdrawal is marked as sent - the money was sent, but the transfer itself can take up to 5 days in general. Sent does not mean that the money reached your bank, it means it left the sender's banking account.

I hope that it will be ok 🤞, update us further.

it is on day 6 they say they sent 10 dec I think 6 days is strange if it is 10 dec sent it shouldn't have entered the account today if it is day 6 have you experienced anything similar?

Some international wire transfers can take even longer, but I'd be concerned about the possible technical issue:

"Since you have waited for more than the expected time it could be due to possible technical issues so please give it more time when it is going to be working days."

In my point of view, the casino should clearly confirm whether the amount left their bank account successfully. I mean what is the point of sending such a general statement when you wait for a certain payment?

I received a receipt yesterday that the money has been sent 10dec today day 7 I've been involved with this because that's it and I think why would the casino say that but not send something is wrong maybe my bank it's stuck or something I've contacted my bank called them but I don't get so much help I don't even understand a thing I hope for the money soon it will be Christmas because I have withdrawn there once before came the day after withdrew from another casino the next day the money will come now 7 days no money then I have not including red days

Well, I must say that I have no clue what should be wrong. The only thing that came across my mind is to check again whether the casino used proper IBAN and other details. This is strange for sure.

the first time I made a withdrawal at pledoo casino it went well, my bank details are saved so the second and third time I didn't have to enter my bank details it is saved from the first time my bank said they have checked with their foreign payment department they can't see anything which is on its way to me or track them the receipt I got from pledoo casino it's 2 withdrawals from them they say sent haven't arrived in my account yet day 8 today my bank say i should contact again Pledoo casino something wrong from Pledoo casino

Kindly let Kristina know about this update from the bank because based on the casino's reply to the complaint, the casino probably thinks that the problem is not on their side at the moment.

This is the most fraudulent casino.

They confiscated my winnings and closed my account.

Their justification was that I used a foreign payment method. When trying to withdraw, the casino automatically assigned my fiance's account to Skrill.

I sent a notarized general power of attorney, but they didn't recognize it.

I file complaints with all possible authorities.

Hello there,

I read your complaint briefly, well it would be good to create your own payment Skrill or Neteller account for depositing and withdrawing from the casino. I would consider that if I were you. Casinos usually provide several rules saying that only your personal payment options are allowed for making deposits and withdrawals. Which you technically abused. Since there are still some details I do not fully understand, I'll wait for the complaint to develop a bit further.
