Dear Jaro,

I completely agree with your assessment — there’s certainly room for improvement in how the casino handles these situations. For example, once a withdrawal is requested and the status shows "pending" (as it has for nearly 24 hours now), the funds remain available in my account balance.

I will not touch the balance, not a single spin/move/deposit until the funds are successfully received in my bank account.

I’m closely monitoring the situation and will keep you and the Casino Guru team updated on any developments. Hopefully, this ends positively, and I can come back here to confirm that the case is resolved and that trust in NV Casino has been restored.

By tomorrow 04.07 by 23:59 my withdrawal should be successful- I am trying to withdraw my balance since 25.06 without success even my verification is successful. Let’s see. Jag väntade nästan en månad, men äntligen fick jag mina pengar. Jag skrev till supporten 100 000 gånger varje dag, men det var alltid samma gamla struntprat. Men efter en lång väntan fungerade det äntligen.

Hi,

in such situations, I always try to think about whether it is so rewarding for the casino to eventually spare some money when players are not disciplined enough to wait longer until the withdrawal is released or whether it is not at all worth the complaining and overall stress put on the whole support and other teams.

I respect your opinion. Still, the main summer season has just begun, and sometimes the delay is just a delay.

After full 5 business days, full verification my payout was not proceded. I am opening the official claim, because I am now so frustrated that I wont see my monet at all.I witdrew my balance on 28.06 and by 05.07 nothing happened.

Hello! I have read many posts here. They asked me some files to upload for verification, i uploaded those files and it still says in my profile that it is unverified even though next to the files it says approved.I also contacted the support not very helpful 😔. Is there a possibility that I will loose the money? Thank you in advance.

Could you firstly tell us when you requested the withdrawal and how long ago they approved your documents, please?

Thank you for answering! At first, i made the withdrawal request, then they asked me a photo of me holding my id. I uploaded the photo and the next few hours they approved it. Then i checked on funds and the withdrawal request was rejected because of kyc. Then i made the request again. Then they asked a photo of me holding my revolut card. I sent on the support chat that the card is digital and i cannot do that. Also the deposit was from a paysafe card if it matters. Then i asked if a can send the bank verification of revolut that the card is on my name they said yes and also few hours later it was approved. I have also uploaded my payroll receipt. It says unverified. I have also sent again on support and they said i have to wait for verification but I have uploaded what they asked. Sure i will wait as i see from other posts it takes more than a week for it to be completed but you know i am also kind of scared of what i read
