Först tänkte jag att om casinot har en maltesisk licens så borde jag inte ha några problem.
När problemen dök upp såg jag att klagomålen från andra nucleonbet-spelare aldrig besvarades, så jag bestämde mig för att agera omedelbart genom MADRE.
När jag fick svar från MADRE föll mina händer, men du gav mig goda råd, jag kommer att fortsätta skriva klagomål, tack 🙂

Dåligt casino . Jag rekommenderar inte någon att spela på detta casino . Vart kan man anmäla den casino ? Det måste finns nånstans man kan anmäla den casino . Jag fik inte ut mina pengar 1200 euro. Inget svar på Mail det räknas som bedrägeri. Du som vill spela så spela aldrig här på denna casino .

if you read this thread you'll find that other players have the issues too. As you can see, at least one player was recently paid.
Check the casino review, to see its licensing authority and reputation. I would however try to submit a complaint here.
Another option is to contact the licensing authority - Malta in this case 🤔
