I have sent the requested info exactly as they asked for them. Screenshot of banking site with specific withdraw and name visible. And also in .pdf format.

I had looked back at my gameplay and see that, while waiting for verification, I have played through over 50 000 dollars Canadian. And have lost 15 000.

I,ve read so many things online that are concerning me.

I would love some help passing verification. I sent the documentation that was last requested of me two days ago. There is no way that a professional company would deny this info. I was going to wait until after today and if still no luck I will file a complaint. Thank you

Hi, how long have you been waiting for them to verify you? Of course, if you've sent your documents several times and they keep rejecting them without giving a reason, I don't think that's right. If you think you are sending all the documents as they should be and they are still being rejected, use the link I sent you and open a complaint. We give casinos 14 days to verify you, but of course if you don't know what to do next, we will try to assist you.
