No, the casino has never provided any detailed information regarding why my case is taking so long. They only keep repeating that the "security team is reviewing the account," but they do not explain what exactly is being checked.


As far as I know, my gameplay has not been mentioned by Melbet or any provider for additional checks. They have not informed me about any game-provider investigation either.


It has already been many days, and I have submitted all genuine documents and even completed their video verification. Still, there is no clarity, no timeline, and no proper explanation from their side.


I would really appreciate it if you could request specific details from the casino about what exactly is pending and why the review is taking this long.

Jag har haft problem med Melbet casino på grund av en insättning jag gjorde för 6 dagar sedan. Enligt Melbets egen information avvisades insättningen av operatören. Sedan dess har mina pengar inte återförts till mitt konto, och de har inte heller lagts till i webbplatsens plånbok. Therefore, I would try contacting the wallet or payment provider you used for this deposit. They are able to track the transaction and confirm where the funds are currently held or whether the transaction is pending or being returned.

If you receive any update from the payment provider, feel free to share it with us. I wish I could do more, but it seems that the matter is solely related to a deposit transaction, which is in most cases out of our scale.

Melbet is a fraudulent company—this is the only way they scam people. I have already recovered my money. If you also want to recover yours, follow these steps:

Go to the Economic Offences Wing and file a complaint against all the agents through whom money was deposited into your account or to whom you transferred money. Inform the authorities that these agents misled you and made false promises to convince you to deposit money.

Additionally, check the deposit section every day and note down all the accounts you see there. Share all UPI IDs, bank account details, and transaction records with the police.

Your money can be recovered within 2–3 days. I have personally recovered ₹2 lakh using this process .

Site will not give but police recovered it from their agents
