This casino is a scam. I deposited 800$, and luckily won 3k. And after they closed my acccount saying it was a bonus abuse which i dont know what even means. I can offer proof. They dont deserve that 7.3/10 on casinoguru. They are scamming.

Bonus abuse can include various violations, actually, and the casino should explain exactly what you violated in their eyes.

For example, it could be that you violated the maximum bet for that bonus.

The maximum bet was 10$ for the bonus and i did not place any higher bet. They are just scamming.

I will think about it. I dont think that it will solve anything. I see they decided to give some people their deposits back, but only if there are small amounts, like under 100$. I deposited 800$ and withdraw 0$ from their site. Still thinking they are just scammers.

You attempted to exploit our bonus system by building up progressions during bonus play, then cancelling the bonus and making a new real money deposit to convert progressions into real money and bypass bonus wager requirements which is a clear violation of our terms and conditions.

The user claimed stage 1 of the 420% welcome bonus on Mar 6, 2026, 12:18 AM, after making their first deposit. During bonus play on multiple occasions the user purchased in-game bonus buys which is a violation to our bonus terms and can be viewed in the gameplay restrictions section of the terms here

GAMEPLAY RESTRICTIONS During active bonus play from any deposit tier, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is $6. Bonus buy features on slot games are strictly prohibited while bonus funds are active. Any in-game progression or accumulated features (including progressive multipliers, collected symbols, and bonus meters) built during active bonus play are void upon bonus cancellation or completion. Using bonus funds to power up game features and then switching to real money play is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of winnings. Players may not participate in any platform challenges or tournaments during bonus play.

Here is a gameplay snapshot from our game provider showcasing one instance of this where the player had a base bet of $0.60 and used an in-game bonus buy multiplier to bet $1.80 which is against our terms.

Here is an example we replicated of what the exact bonus buy looks like from the player perspective. They must explicitly select the bonus buy icon in the bottom left corner of the page and pay to activate it. In the case of the player he had a $0.60 base bet and chose the $1.80 bonus buy.

If that were true, why aren’t you refunding the $800 I deposited, the same way you did for other players whom you accused of the same thing?

This is bs. You could not exced any limit. You were not able to place a bet higher then 10$. The slot wouldnt let you. You just dont want to refund because its a bigger amount and you decided to scam.

Here on Casino Guru, you offered another player (Fahadsv), whom you accused of exactly the same thing you are accusing me of, a refund of his deposited money (please check the screenshots). Isn’t it only fair to treat all players the same and refund my deposited funds as well? I am also waiting for an opinion from the Casino Guru staff.

Under no circumstance here are we scamming you. You clearly were doing a malicious bonus abuse strategy where you were stashing progressions across several bet sizes and games during bonus play and redeemed during real money play after forfeiting the bonus to bypass wager requirements.

Take The Bank you built progressions during bonus play at $3, $6, and $10 bet levels and Snakes and Ladders Megadice you built at $2 $2.10 $2.50 and $2.80 bet levels.
