I just write the complain.Please help 1000 is not a small amount .When i ask him to tell me one reasonable person who is going to activate a bonus like this to wager8000 euros in order to win 200 he was rudely applied that this is the bonus.And when i ask him to show me rhe terms he told that he can't show me because it was special offer for specific guests

Useless you step on one bonus rules that covers the company but when I ask them to show the rules it wasn’t available the rules and terms

According to what I saw that Michal wrote so the Terms were to the bonus stated. Did you see the English version of Terms?

I don't know how to explain this to you, but I always recommend that in the future, if you get a bonus or decide to take one, whether via email, social network, etc., you should always check the general terms for bonuses. Sometimes it happens that the offer itself does not say everything or only a little bit and therefore players can rely on it and then get into trouble.
