I’m having the same experience with you , 9 days im waiting to get paid . My withdrawal is processed and their chat tells me that I need to wait to fix the problem they have with payments . I’m 2 years registered there with no problems . First time this problem and it seems concerning

I would like to report an issue I am experiencing with Leon Casino regarding a withdrawal I made on June 10th, 2025.


The withdrawal is marked as "processed" on the platform, but as of today (June 19th, 2025), the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I contacted customer support several times, and the only response I received was that there is a "general issue with the payment system." Unfortunately, no clear explanation or estimated timeframe was provided.


I would like to emphasize the following:


My account is fully verified.

This is the first time I have encountered any issue with this casino.

The responses from support were generic and vague, which only adds to my frustration.


I have been patient, but I now consider this delay to be unacceptable. I am requesting your assistance in helping resolve this matter and ensuring that the payment is completed as soon as possible.

Hi, according to what we can see, they wrote something similar to another player. So it's quite possible that they really have some problems, I just don't understand how the withdrawals can be marked as successful. I find that confusing and when they say they sent the money and then they have a problem with the payment provider, I don't really know what you think. 

Anyway, if the casino doesn't pay within 14 days, I would contact us and our complaint resolution center and we would try to help you. 

So please try to wait a little longer and we will see how it goes.

Yes I saw that you have an identical situation, so I think there might be some technical problem. We'll see what happens in the next few days and if the casino will pay you or if our team will have to contact the casino.

Jag har haft ett konto hos Leon Casino i flera år och har aldrig haft några problem med att ta ut pengar. Igår tog jag ut 10 000 € (4x 2 500 €) via banköverföring och fick allt inom några timmar.

Idag försökte jag ta ut resten av saldot (13 000 euro) och banköverföringsmetoden har helt försvunnit från uttagsområdet. Supporten säger bara att det är under "underhåll" utan tidsgräns.


Insättningar är fortfarande tillgängliga som vanligt, inklusive via Skrill, men för att ta ut pengar via Skrill ber de mig att ändra e-postadressen eftersom den på mitt Skrill-konto skiljer sig från den e-postadress som är registrerad hos casinot - trots att jag satte in pengar via Skrill utan problem tidigare.


Jag frågar: är detta normalt? Är det någon annan som har sin bankmetod otillgänglig hos Leon? Är det säkert att ändra e-postadressen eller finns det risk att uttag blockeras?
