Jag gjorde ett uttag från leon casino i lördags och pengarna har ännu inte kommit in på min bank, tjänsten säger att betalningen håller på att verifieras.. Jag skickade alla uttag de bad om och fick ett lyckat verifieringsmeddelande.. några små uttag som jag hade gjort 200 150 euro lägger de direkt in det nu eftersom det är en ganska stor summa de säger att det inte är en kontoverifiering utan en betalningsverifiering

So the casino obviously makes the checks that are necessary for them and they make them to every player. You won't be able to make a withdrawal until they are finished and successful, but I believe they will be over soon and it will be possible. I'm not too sure, because I don't play in casinos, but it's different in various casinos. In some places they can have the check done in a couple of days and in others it can take a bit longer. But surely the casino should let you know how it is and not contact you after long time. So be sure to let us know and if the situation will be bad bad, we'll try to help.

I guess it's individual, personally I'd probably start to worry if it's been over a week and the casino hasn't told me anything when you say they only have to verify one thing. That's when I would start thinking about asking them how it's progressing and what's going on. If they didn't answer me then my suspicions would be higher and I would go ahead and file a complaint. 

However, we give casinos 14 days to resolve KYC and therefore check documents and after that time our team will intervene, so try to hang in there and see what happens next.

I won PLN 4,000 at roulette without any bonuses. later, for a week I sent various documents which, due to the law, were very difficult to obtain. Once I succeeded and they accepted the documents. I made my payment on Sunday. Nothing happened until Tuesday, I wrote to them and received a message that I was creating multi-accounts and they were blocking my account. I didn't even use the welcome bonus because I play roulette. let alone set up multi-accounts. But it didn't happen to the poor guy, I just contacted a good lawyer in Malta and sent him 1,500 euros to solve the case. such people belong in prison. these are scammers of the worst type. don't play here you will lose all your money.

I'm sorry to bother you with questioning, yet I feel I could use your help with a few thigs here.

The way I understood your description, your account was closed due to multiple account breaches. Has anyone from the casino provided anything at all proving what they previously accused you of?

Personally, I have little against decent lawyers, but on the other hand, Casino Guru investigates similar situations for free - did you know? It's not that we can guarantee success, of course.

May I know how far you have come with such costly services? Others may find it interesting at some point.

När jag frågade dem villkoren för bonusen sa de till mig att de inte har dem eftersom det var för stängt eftersom det var för utvalda kunder. Det är vad jag vill göra klagomål

If I'm not mistaken, you would like to complain because you took a sort of very unfavorable deposit bonus without consulting the rules, it seems at least, and consequently the casino insisted on the terms. Is that so, please? I'll be grateful if you correct me, of course.

Just to be sure, may I know whether you took the bonus deliberately and if the terms were available when you accepted the offer?

The terms was available but in the promotions of bonus none of the bonus says take 200% of your deposit you have to wagering 8000 and if you do it and you are 1200 up we give 200%of your starting deposit back instead of the winning ammount!!!And when i was asking for the terms to see my self the offer they told that they can't give the terms be ouse doesn't exist with the wxcuse that the offer was for specific clients!!!.

Look i took 200% of the deposit to play.The wagering amount was 8000 i cover it.I was winning extra 1.220 euros when i ask to transfer the money from the bonus to ky account in order to make a withdraw they transfer from the extra 1220 that was up just 200 and when i ask them the terms they told that they don't have the terms because it was for specific guests
