So, how about what Radka said that maybe it would be good to file a complaint if the casino doesn't respond and you wait for the money this long?

Casino guru. I WOULD DEFINITELY be lowering the rating for iWild , these crooks took a month to pay me 1000 cad. What a joke. And to see you guys rate them this high is very suspect. Sorry, just stating obvious facts. Cheers!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to lower ratings this way; even if your experience was not the best, the casino paid at the end, and that is important. Do you get my point?

Ya no not really. They kept cancelling my withdrawal back to my casino balance after 2 days, this happened about 10 - 15 times over and over again. So when you mislead people by saying it’s a great casino yet I read countless posts about this same issue. There is a problem. You shouldn’t mislead your subscribers this way. You have this casino as the 2nd to the top casino on your site. Back optics. A bit out of touch.

Lololol. Casino Guru is not interested in your payment issues with IWild. They will continue to collect their affiliate payments and rate IWild highly regardless of the amount of times players play off their balances while waiting for payment.

Just think how you would feel about making an instant payment(cash) at a land based casino, won a decent amount of money, went to the cage for payment and they kept telling you to come back tomorrow!!!

Better yet they asked you for your ID and you provided it, they tell you to come back tomorrow and then ask for your ID again and then tell you they will pay you tomorrow for 14 days straight.

Has Casino Guru turned a blind eye to the borderline criminal behavior of IWild regarding cancelation of payments /nonpayment of winning in a reasonable amount of time? Of course it has.

Does Casino Guru know it’s not in players best interest play with IWild as their bonus terms and payment of winning are unreasonable? Of course it does.

Are players best interests the top priority for gamblers using their site or is it referral/affiliate income? 🤔

Not so good on cases didn’t do much for me robbed off 460 euro and said cos I used the 40 I was left to I agreed to the decision .which I didn’t I just gambled the 40 away as you can’t withdraw 40 so what ever I did I couldn’t win cos minimum withdrawal on there site is 50 and being capped twice down to forty means impossible to withdraw so in total on caps I lost out around 600 any Ty for you help casino guru not

And nothing being a small time gambler in control doing it for that buzz winning getting screwed and no help offered so disappointing from you casino guru I heard so many good things but I feel like there isn’t help .most people would have been steaming and done the same .doesn’t mean we agree with being fucked over .so don’t offer help if you can’t seem to be hovered rating you generous 1out of 10

We give casinos 14 full days before we intervene, but unfortunately there is nowhere written what "a reasonable amount of time" is, even though we surely understand the players that it must be really frustarting when it gets long.

I'm sorry for the whole situation you experienced at this casino, but unfortunately, as I can see in your complaint, our team didn't have enough time to investigate the matter, and that is why we couldn't be of any more help.

Veronika explained it in the complaints thread as well:

It is sad that you feel this way, but unfortunately it is not easy to help someone if he/she doesn't give you the space or time for it, you know.

Not a good answer you r seeing the matter 1 way weather the account has no money left the whole point is they r conning customers and it is time they were stopped ignoring and not investigating them just lets them continue so yes I think you r a poor service

Unfortunately, we couldn't find out how they would act and resolve the situation, and that is why we couldn't do anything more.

Whenever a complaint is unresolved or the casino doesn't act fairly, we give that casino black points, and it is shown on their safety index, which is negatively influenced.
