no, can't log into holdnspin chat anymore. It's normal, they close the chat, maybe they're sick of reading negative comments about them lol... I think soon their site won't even exist and we won't even be able to log into their site, they'll just disappear, as well as the unpaid money owed to us. I urge Casino Guru to provide us with an alternative email to contact to sue the holdnspin team. I hope you have some information of real help because from holdnspin answer here, we will not see.

It is so frustrating that they are not paying our money. I also hope that casino guru can help us. Because the casino has not announced that they should close. Just because they close their chat, we have to keep trying to get our winnings. Or whether it might be possible to sue the casino. What about those they have a license from, can they do anything I wonder?

Hmm, I'm actually not too surprised that chat doesn't even respond because it's pretty much falling apart on them. But it's not right to cut every player and not give them anything. 

As far as email is concerned, we don't have any alternative and you can contact them at the email they have listed on their website. But I'm afraid if it won't end the same way and therefore without a reply. 

However, I was thinking about whether it would be appropriate to file a complaint with the licensing authority, but this is just an idea, because I'm not sure if it would be solved, although I'm of the opinion that you never get anything for trying.

I'm sorry, but I can't think of anything else at the moment, but I want to believe that with an open complaint there is still some possibility that the case will be solved, even though I'm not 100% convinced.

I think there should be a team of lawyers who can sue such casinos like holdnspin still there should be some protection for the people. It's like theft, it's just online theft, and it's a crime.

I know that there have been some such posts from players not about this particular casino, but they turned to lawyers. Sometimes they were more successful and sometimes not. However, since I am not a lawyer, I can't advise you if it would make sense, but at the very least you can consult with a lawyer to see if there is something you can do about it. That would probably make the most sensible decision for me.

I use skrill. But I just got one of those standard emails that my payment was approved. Haven't heard anything from the casino at all. But yesterday, I tried to cancel my payout, and set them to payout again. And tonight I had my winnings.

My complaint to casinoguro is awaiting a response from the casino. maybe that helped the process. I really hope you get your money to 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
