I have been a verified (KYC) user for a long time. On April 22, I deposited 10,000 HUF and my balance reached 40,000 HUF. I requested a withdrawal, which remained pending for 22 hours.

​On April 23, at 11:18 AM, I received an email saying my withdrawal is under review. Suddenly, at 12:44 PM, they banned my account citing 'Duplicate Account' (Rule 3.3). This is a manual intervention to avoid paying my winnings. My account was already verified, so this claim is false.

​Furthermore, they sent an email asking for a 'confirmation deposit' to my locked account, which is a clear extortion attempt. I have all the timestamped PDF and screenshot evidence.
