If that's the case, then it's not normal to still delay payments, I understand you because I'm used to play in casinos that complete withdrawals within 5 hours which I consider quick, near 24 hours is normal but more than a whole day to withdraw is really mediocre/slow. Ask support what is their average time for a withdrawal to be completed if they already verified your documents, some casinos provide the expected time for withdrawals to be completed

I'm sorry but does not actually matter what the email said. We asked the casino to support the claim with prooves and they did.

I truly think it's pointless to object by mentioning the fact that you were originally accused of playing restricted games. The result the complaint team found is sadly pretty clear, you overbet the rules several times, hence you gained an unfair advantage - allowing you to complete the wagering faster or gain increased win per overbet spin.

You have your right, yet you must comply with the rules.
