Jag har fortfarande inga uppdateringar om FEZBET och se hur nyfiken det är: adressbeviset som jag från början skickade till FEZBET (internetkonto) och avvisades accepterades på Sportaza (vilket är BOKSTAVLT SAMMA KYC-process)... Konstigt, höger ?

Hittills har KYC för båda varit densamma och frågar efter: ID, adressbevis, bevis på plånboksägande och plånbokstransaktionshistorik. Fezbet vägrade mitt adressbevis utan att ange en anledning (även om det är ett konto som finns på den accepterade listan) och bad om ett nytt bevis på transaktioner, men denna gång från bankkontot. Jag skickade det tillsammans med de två sista adressbevisen som jag har i mitt namn (ett av dem är bokstavligen kontraktet för huset där jag bor, det står klart och tydligt mitt fullständiga namn och adress -- i själva verket finns detta dokument också på den accepterade listan. Jag skickade den först den 14:e och jag skickade den igen den 16:e. Och detaljer, jag har haft återkallelsen på grund av detta sedan den 12:e.

Fezbet godkände tydligen alla mina dokument, men det står fortfarande att mitt konto måste verifieras, även om de inte begärde några nya dokument och verifieringsfliken visar att mina 5 dokument accepterades. Jag gick till chatten och deras robotkundtjänst sa åt mig att fortsätta vänta utan att ge mig en uppdatering om vad som kommer att hända.

Jag måste ha fel, men de verkar göra den här KYC-processen så svår som möjligt för kunden att tappa tålamodet, avbryta uttaget och förlora hela sitt saldo. Det är en absurd brist på transparens. I'd say that verifying documents is just the first part of the process. There are many other aspects casinos aim to check before the withdrawal request is approved or the whole KYC finished. Since it would be quite ineffective to keep you constantly updated on the subject, casinos usually prefer to complete the check and explain the results based on the conclusion.

I’d like to express my frustration with the abysmal service provided by Fezbet. For 6 months now, my hard-earned money (~4000 euros) has been unjustly locked within their website, with no sign of resolution in sight. Despite numerous attempts to comply with their verification process (KYC) by submitting the requested documents several times and making adjustments to the documents when prompted, I have been left in limbo for over six weeks now without any meaningful response or progress (the documents have been left on verification pending status). Their customer support, if it can even be called that, consistently offers nothing but automated responses, regurgitating the same tired excuses about my case being with the "relevant department." This lack of transparency and blatant disregard for customer concerns is not only unprofessional but utterly unacceptable.
