Du ser att KYC-verifieringsprocessen är klar, jag ger dig bevis, jag vet inte vilket andra konto du pratar om, varför gav betmaster mig inte den informationen? Varför behåller de även min insättning? Det är för att casinoguru är ansluten till dem, medan användare förlorar mer pengar gör de bra, titta bara på hur många klagomål de har på deras hemsida, bevisen är överväldigande till min fördel, de bedräger, det här företaget är en bluff, nu Jag måste känna till mönster och strategier som varje användare spelar med för att inte kopiera dem och det finns ingen misstanke hahahaha det är löjligt!!! Ge mig informationen som betmaster gav dig om den är avgörande.

Hi I understand your frustration, but as I wrote, everything has been adequately explained in your unjustified complaint. I have also consulted Branislav on this case, who has given you, I think, a detailed explanation and what is more your case was even related to sports betting, which we do not deal with as we do not have experts in this field.  

As far as information of this type is concerned, we cannot share it, which is why I recommended you to contact the licensing authority. I hope I have made that clear as well.

As for 'gambling authority' - I hope it's fine with Mexican betmaster site. Not so good with Russian one.

Yes I understand this. By the way they changed already .io to .bet (so actual site on the Curacao license is www.betmaster.bet now). Looks like they hiding the steps. I can send request to Gambling Curacao to betmaster.bet or betmaster.io whatever but I ask them (betmaster) just to confirm this is correct way. And what I get in responce? Dead silence for weeks.

I appreciate your point of view, but there is no official answer from representatives.

I will try, but they have their MGA branch at askgamlers. Malta, not Curacao. Curacao branch is here. But will give it a try anyway.

By the way this is vague answer of their online chat support:

- Hello, where can I see your casino license number and validator logo?

- Betmaster is a global brand and operates on the basis of our Terms and Conditions (T&C) available on our website. As the jurisdictions update and change their regulations constantly and our brand is constantly in the process of acquiring new licenses, we do not publish any lists of jurisdictions in where we operate or where our services can be used. Furthermore, in different jurisdictions, we offer different services due to differences in the regulatory framework and the game provider license terms.

- clause 1.2 states 'The Company's activity is regulated by Curaçao eGaming, your T&C says you have CEG license, how to check?'

- Kindly refer to our previous response. Thank you.

Det är otroligt vad det här kasinot gör, det är roligt, jag vet inte hur man stjäl från användare, det lockar dem med mycket höga bonuskampanjer och sedan behåller pengar och sätter upp många hinder, casinogurun arbetar med det eftersom de håller med om hans sida helt, mer än 120 klagomål och räknar på hans blogg och fortfarande är det inte något att öppna ögonen. I'd love to clarify, but for that, we need a solid starting point. I asked the Data Team again. I know it is not much, but I aim to update you once I get something to share. As you may see, you are also getting nowhere, and I fear we have reached the same position.

This is actually how it works. To show "proper" licenses to specific countries, the casino creates a mirror page or a separate one that should show the validator or the license information only to the selected market. But it does not mean the "website" is licensed there under the URL shown. I believe this is currently a part of the problem. 🙁

If other websites can squeeze this information from the casino directly, I would call that a miracle! But I appreciate your suggestion - if only we had some concrete answers.

Well, yes. That's why I asked to reopen the complaint and clarify from Betmaster. That's easy and most logical. Askgamblers send me to MGA directly but this absolutely way to 'nowhere'.

www.betmaster.com and www.betmaster31.com have nothing in common except the same 'global brand' - betmaster.

Well all I need them to offcially say: 'Your account was registered by Rozert N.V. company working under the laws of Curacao by license of Gambling Curacao. Kindly send your request to Rozert N.V., www.betmaster.bet'. What is the problem to clarify this from representative officially? If it's ok with this casino they have already done it.

PS. Some web-sites reffer to company named Reinvent N.V. licensee of Curacao eGambling 1668/JAZ in reagrds to betmaster and sister casinos like casinoin and some other. That slightly corresponds to T&C published at www.betmaster31.com

But it seems this is abandoned fake site (nonetheless provided by guru) and abandoned company means the money has been just stolen.

PPS. Still waiting Anrej and Matej to reply my emails dated 11 Sep 2023 and 15 Sep 2023. Well at least provide some respect and confirm something is on the way there.

The problem is that responding to the complaint is strictly benevolent for the casino representatives. I would guess we just do not have the information either. Well, I know this is hard, but there is nothing I can add at this point.

As you said, AG pointed you to Malta - I admit that, honestly, I don't know where we should point you out now.

At least, I will forward a reminder to Andrej and Matěj.

Hm in that case I would probably be really careful and be very cautious. It's certainly not nice to have to deal with something like that and I'd think twice about taking the risk. Did you just notice the URL by accident or did you watch it on purpose ?

Jag undersöker alla deras webbadresser, de skapade flera domäner, men bara en är lagligt registrerad, så om någon registrerar sig på en annan domän kommer de inte att ha någon att vända sig till, det är som Blaze som skapade flera underdomäner, här i Brasilien eftersom det är förbjudna och huvuddomänen har blockerats.

Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for confirmation from the casino's side on my account handling. Andrej in his last email message dated 27th September hopped for 'few business days' casino to answer but now it seems 2 business weeks have gone since that time. I just need very simple confirmation from the casino that my account was handled by Rozert N.V. and Rozert N.V. is the appropriate defendant for this case. I just don't understand why it takes so long. Especially if the casino is within their legal rights. This is not urgent but shall not take months. Abnormal..

Don't you find their behavior irregular and against fair play? I think it's time for Guru to make a statement and review the case. Please clarify the current state.

Hello.

I would say I have explained how it works with licenses a few times already. We rely on the licensing authority to confirm its validity. When it comes to owners, this is a very tricky part. In some cases, we simply do not know the owner at all.

But sadly, it does not change the outcome of your complaint, saying:

"I can confirm that there’s sufficient evidence proving that you have intentionally tried to gain an unfair advantage in a way that constitutes a serious violation of the casino’s Terms and Conditions."

The casino must answer your question in the first place. I'm sorry they don't care.

Well, I also emphasied few times as I don't ask you to change your decision. This case will go via a legal way. All I ask you is to confirm casino 'identity'. The link to fake site was provided by Casino Guru. And yet one more question - WHO provided the so-called 'sufficient evidence'? Why casino hiding? They will provide their 'sufficient evidence' in Curacao curt with no problem. Just I need the the name of appropriate defendand. Why you haven't changed the link and still direct players to this fake site with no warning?

As per Andrej's answer his waiting 'for the casino team to provide a statement'. Absolutely rediculous that casino refuse to provide Curacao company name for few months. Don't you have to provide any warning to players? Or, sorry, You don't care either..
