How long do you play at this casino, and what kind of games, if I may ask?

Maybe our complaint team would be able to help you out. The only thing is that we have no department dealing with sports bets, so if you bet on sports, I am not sure if we can intervene.

Yes it's been 14 days but still my account is frozen and I'm worried. Just wondering if this thing happened to anyone on this platform before.

I have seen, or at least I remember, that in some cases the casino did investigate the gameplay. Is that what you are going through as well or is there something else involved such as account verification?

I saw that you managed to open a complaint, so our team will try to help you if it takes longer than the 14 days Veronika mentions. 

Of course the important thing will be not to do anything with the money and especially not to lose it and leave it until everything is sorted out.

I was not even making any profits, I kept losing and suddenly one day I got a notification when logging in says "My account has been blocked" and then I write to the support and they unblocked the account immediately and I thought everything went normal so I made another deposit and played Blackjack and take some profit when I tried to withdraw the money, it wasn't even gone for processing, I have waited for 2-3 days still the same, the withdrawal remained pending, so I decided to talk to the support via Email and they send me a secured link to upload my docs and to complete selfie verification, I have done everything they asked for and the next email I received was that In 14 days I will receive a email from them after checking my game history and its been 14 days and still no response from them, So I'm worried. I have attached the screenshot of my email, kindly check. filefileHOPE YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM!!

I understand it is mainly about verification. So let's give the casino the 14 days we allow them and if nothing changes, then we will contact the casino. A month seems like a long time and I think if they need some additional documents they can ask for them sooner, but we'll find out. 

So, let's keep calm and wait and see how the whole situation develops.
