My withdrawal has been pending for a while so i contacted the 1win security support. They asked me for some documents in which i provided so they can verify my account.

They have not replied me and my withdrawal is still pending.

Okay I stumbled upon this Platform today on twitter. Apparently they joined in april this year. Very weird website. I'm not sure if I were actually sent to official platform. I will provide a series of screenshots and let them speak for themselves. (Casino link came from their "official" twitter.

The Support haven't even tried to help me. Asked to remove the sports bonus since I do not want it/ it doesn't even work. (I never play betting so I admit to might be doing something wrong even though I'm sure I followed live chats copy paste terms. They even deny that it's their webadress? Just ended chat when I provided evidence.
