Sett en del förr som fick samma svar, sedan när dom fått Idkort osv så säger dom bara att personerna bekräftat transaktionerna själva och sedan ignorerar helt.
Så ge dom inget överhuvudtaget.

Yes I just did it by email followed on to the case ref but you could ring as long as you get the same person dealing with it otherwise you will get some clown saying gambling is not covered !

You will get it if they do not reply just keep chasing them if they ignore dont call when they do your final payouts mention it and you get the money right away

Well thats how mine worked when they called I said i had been chasing for weeks with no reply to all the ones missed if they reply then its easier I was probs being blanked due to the amounts involved

My credit card company refuse point blank to chargeback my deposits because it's gambling even though, you are not meant to be allowed to use credit card for gambling.
