how did you get all that back? what merchants was it? Vanquis has closed my credit card but no more merchants ie - cactip3, ventira, scudot, imgvibes, vntra aren’t refunding or even replying. I’ve rang ventira multiple times and they said id have the money within the week 2 weeks ago. They requested my bank statements weeks ago and I sent them same day. Got no email replies and barclays refuse to raise chargebacks.

that’s promising please keep us updated. I’ve found out the hard way FCA regulated means very little from ISX FINANCIAL. They wouldn’t refund, accepted no liability and said that my emails were bullying them 😭😭😭. I’ve raised it to the ombudsman

Guys there are 2 uk registered transaction laundering companies I have identified, Both of which have websites, emails and phone numbers I have contacted. They have different phone numbers and different addresses. One is fronted as a clothing store and the other is fronted as an invoicing business. Neither has replied to any emails but I have called both, I’m 99.9% sure that the same person answered the phone for both and gave me a different fake name each time, "Alexander" and "Dennis". He had an accent and was likely italian or eastern european from what I heard. Now none will answer the phone to me. I’m thinking of sending both of these companies a letter in the post and starting court proceedings against them. It’s a few thousand in total and they are UK registered. Please give me your thoughts.
