If you have been honest and the chargeback has been raised knowing the full context of the transaction then it’s pretty high mate so don’t worry. If you have not been honest then the merchant may still not dispute it in which case i would say 50/50

I will email but why do you have an estonia based email if you’re a uk individual. Estonia is where a very large percent of where these illicit companies are based.

I didn’t chargeback the refunded directly mate. Barclays have refused any chargeback at the very first hurdle.

Need urgent help with AgPayer, at casinos betoranje & luckygem5. .This was the payment screen, but I can’t find any contact details.

I already opened the dispute with my bank a week ago. The 4 payments are €500 + €500 + €1,000 + €1,000, all showing Sofia, BGR.

Now the bank has flagged it as "Your request concerns a fraud report. After all, you indicate that a transaction was charged to your credit card that you did not make yourself, and that you did not give anyone else permission to make it."

But I did not report it as fraud. I reported exactly:

"I do not recognize Rpeak as a merchant and have never done business with a company by this name. I therefore want to know which actual merchant is behind these transactions. I want to receive the merchant name, merchant ID, MCC, acquirer, payment processor, and ARN of these transactions."

If anyone knows AgPayer, who is behind it, or how to contact them, please help urgently. I’m willing to pay atleast €100+ after the chargeback is settled for genuine help.
