I haven’t been able to trace the merchants or payment processors behind them. If anyone has seen any of these before or has any details, I’d really appreciate the help.

Do you mean an ARN starting with 21506 for a Mastercard transaction? Are you trying to trace a refund or identify the merchant/payment processor?
