A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Thanks, that's interesting. I hadn't thought about the "cs2" part possibly referring to Counter-Strike 2 / skin shops.

Have you managed to identify who processed any of your temdot, zenski, lesski, quedot, quecs2, neocs2 or temcs2 transactions? I'm particularly interested in whether any of them can be confirmed as going through Xpate or another acquirer.

Thanks, that's really helpful and confirms what I suspected. So your bank specifically showed Xpate Ltd as the acquirer for these transactions?

Have you already contacted Xpate about them, and if so, did they acknowledge the transactions or offer any refunds?

That's good to hear about Global Stride. Did you contact them directly to get the refund, or did it happen after you raised a chargeback? If you contacted them directly, which email address did they respond from?

I'm still looking for reliable contact details for Tchtxt and Meta Deposit as well.

Does anyone have any information on these merchant descriptors?

Hexo Land

SIS Art Union

Horizon Land

Exist Sys

I'm mainly looking for contact details and trying to identify who processed/acquired these payments. Does anyone know if any of them are connected to Xpate? Has anyone dealt with them or managed to get a refund?

Thanks, I’ll try info@ventira.co.uk. Did you contact them at this address yourself? If so, did they respond or manage to refund anything? Also, do you know which processor or acquirer they use — possibly Xpate?

I had quite a few different merchant descriptors linked to Xpate. Some of the ones my bank identified were FREDTG, MSP, scudot, playtwin, PlayT, ORENZA and TRAMIQ. I also have several others that I'm still trying to confirm.

The difficult part is that the descriptor on the statement often doesn't make the connection obvious. I only found out about some of them after asking my bank for more information when I started the chargeback process.

Yes of course.

100% of my deposits were bank transfers.

It just doesn’t make sense at all.

Some recall-requests get processed + escalated easily by Revolut - other ones need extensive explaining + fraud report.

It's getting crazier and crazier: Revolut is now forcing me to go to the police and file a fraud report. Then I have to take a photo of it and submit it to Revolut. If I don't do that, they won't escalate my chargeback attempts. It's unbelievable.
