The amount is not the main issue here — the Acquirer is.

Some Acquirers are easy to deal with and genuinely helpful, while others seem to drag the process out, hoping that you will eventually give up.

In my experience, if you have a legitimate case and your formal complaint and TRI are prepared correctly, persistence can pay off and you may ultimately get your money back.

The important point is that you actually have a valid case. This is not about buyer’s remorse or simply trying to recover gambling losses. That would be a completely different situation and, depending on the circumstances, could potentially be unlawful.

I’m only sharing my experience and trying to help others by explaining what has worked for me.

It's good to hear that at least some of the Xpate-related chargebacks are resulting in refunds, even if the process is taking a long time.

It took a while before I started seeing the first refunds. Xpate challenged some of the chargebacks and provided documents, so I had to dispute their response with my bank. A few cases have already been decided in my favour and the money was returned, but the rest are still ongoing.

So I would be prepared for a fairly long process, especially if Xpate decides to challenge the chargebacks.

However you need to ask for thr right information and in my thread I have explained as good as I can step by step and what info is essential for you.
