Have you told the Acquirer's that you will escalate to FCA if they don't want to help you?

The Acquirer's must take all complaints seriously and provide all information about the transactions.

I thought that too but in the forum people were saying risk@fastcoin.it. I emailed them 21st August and a few times after, acknowledged refund on 26th after no response and refund in my account this morning.
