So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Hej. Ja, NEXAD behandlas av Xpate. Jag tror att det bara finns två realistiska alternativ gällande Xpate: antingen lämnar du in ett klagomål mot företaget eller så försöker du initiera en chargeback via din bank.

Hi. From my experience, Xpate hasn't processed any refunds for me. Contacting them hasn't been very helpful. Even when they reply, it's usually something like, "Your request is being reviewed. Please wait." Later, if you follow up, you often receive the same response again.

Once, they even claimed they couldn't locate the transactions and told me to contact my bank to file a chargeback. I was quite surprised by that reply.
