Hi. From my experience, Xpate hasn't processed any refunds for me. Contacting them hasn't been very helpful. Even when they reply, it's usually something like, "Your request is being reviewed. Please wait." Later, if you follow up, you often receive the same response again.

Once, they even claimed they couldn't locate the transactions and told me to contact my bank to file a chargeback. I was quite surprised by that reply.

they are the company that chain valley use and they prohibit gambling transactions and they will tell chain valley to refund you. 😊

Make sure you copy chain valley into the email you send to compliance-requests@getivy.io

so they can see and might refund you before ivy pay tell them to do so
