Owkay, sometimes they do hide it in various ways. You can also check via privacy settings on your phone by going to app privacy report > website network activity, then click on the website and it will show you associated links

Hi. I came across NEXAD on gtspins. I contacted the site’s support team about a refund. They didn’t process it. My bank told me they’d processed the payment from Xpate and suggested I try contacting them. But Xpate isn’t responding.

My payments go through Xpate. However, when I visit the site you gave me, their PSP is listed as Katarun; either they’ve changed PSPs, or Veridra doesn't use Xpate.
