Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (sida 1 346)

I have been hammering for refunds, 0 luck so far from anyone but the actual online scam casino themselves reached out to me today. Anyone ever got a direct refund from Rolletto or an online casino before?

I had this and replied but not got anything back from them

Ah I see - yeah well I have pushed it to the banks to dispute anyways so its out of my hands already. Fuck these guys and their scams - sold my private info to scammers and i get scam texts/calls etc everyday

Guys elegro have addmited to having transcations from my card but refusing to refund asking i do chargeback via bank [ revolut are shutting my account they won't dispute them ]

What does elegro appear as on banking statement? Any way I can twist there arm?
