Anyone here ever received a refund from Swipez? I had two emails saying they would investigate first of all and the second one saying they will process my refund in 3-5 days, couple of hours later I had loads of banking notifications saying my refund request was approved by them but I am nervous I won’t actually receive anything back

I think I might have got this wrong, seems to be a different company but similar Name
I had payments taken from a company that was dissolved in 2019. Revolut are still reviewing whether to chargeback.
Just to email support@swipez.eu ... citing never received any goods/services for dsol transactions.. all mine were listed as E and dsolpay underneath. Hardly anyone gets a response but it seems quite a few have got refunds
