Pleased you got the right outcome, just confusion why others aren’t getting the same treatment but possibly it’s to do with the size of losses involved.

Probably, I know other people are trying to recover tens of thousands, I only was chasing around 1K.

I was also misled initially that my payments were made in Nuvei because they have connection to Payaut but i found out that it is not connected to Payacctopup, it is a different company. I also send messages to Nuvei support and they checked my activity and they confirmed the payments are not processed with them. I'm planing to go to my bank to raise chargebacks, they will most probably see who processed the payment. Will keep you posted

How can i be sure, i dont see their name on my bank statement (at least it is not written Nuvei). Can you show me how it appeared on yours?
