I am shocked that Casino Guru gave this casino a high rating because it is clearly a scam. I urge them to remove the promoted link immediately and prevent players from falling victim to their fraudulent practices.

I deposited €1500 and won €900, but when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I could only withdraw €500. Despite contacting support, they told me that the amount I could withdraw depended on my level, even though this was not mentioned in their terms and conditions. They provided a photo with withdrawal information, but this was still misleading.

Their website claims that withdrawals take 1-3 business days to process, so I withdrew €500 and played with the remaining €400. The next day, I contacted support to verify my account to avoid delays in payment, but they said it was unnecessary. I insisted on verifying my account and was given an email address to send my documents, but the email address was incorrect. When I contacted support again, they refused to provide the correct email and said that they would contact me if verification was necessary. I have never experienced this issue in any other casino.

I told them that I expected to receive an email in 5-10 days asking me to verify my account, and then I would have to wait an additional 10 days to complete the verification process. After that, I would have to wait even longer to receive my payment, which was unacceptable. They assured me that I did not need to verify my account and that I would receive my payment within 1-3 days. However, they gave me another email address to send my documents, which was also not working. I received an email stating that the verification process was not working at the moment.

On Tuesday, I contacted support again to inquire about my payment, and they told me that it would take 1-3 days to receive my payment, which was expected to arrive on Thursday or late Wednesday. When I contacted them on Wednesday, they told me to wait until Thursday, but on Thursday, they said it might take a bit longer and that I should expect my payment on Friday. I contacted them on Friday, and they assured me that I would receive my payment later that day, but I did not receive anything. Today, Saturday, I am convinced that I have been scammed.

Before I won, I purchased €40 of "free spins" on Gates of Olympus. After a few spins, the website went down, and I was unable to access it for about an hour. When I was finally able to log back in, the €40 was missing from my balance, and I did not know how much I had won, if anything. When I contacted support, they asked me to find the round, which I did and have a screenshot of. However, Casinoly did not return my money or winnings, and they claimed that they had checked everything and found no mistake on their part.

I have screenshots of every chat with support, my winnings, and all other evidence that proves their fraudulent activities. I caution everyone to avoid this casino and not fall victim to their scams. Do not make the same mistake I did. This casino is 100% a scam.

Update: After 14 days, they emailed me that my withdrawl failed and i had to choos another payment method. After 6 days and contacting support they told me that my withdrawl will be in my bank account at 1-3 days. After almost a week , i contact them again and told me that my withdrawl will have a delay because i re-submit it BUT they cancel my withdrawl!

Sajten är en ren bluff!

Jag satte 20e, jag gjorde 140 och jag gick för att ta ut dem. När jag såg att jag inte kunde frågade jag chatten och de berättade att jag hade en öppen bonus (!!!), medan jag inte hade någon bonus. De säger att de har problem med Visa och antingen genom krypto eller skrill kan jag få ut dem.
