They’ve said my first request of €700 has been paid but I don’t believe a single word they are saying because I can still cancel it! If nothing changes tomorrow I’ll file a compliant with these on here and go from there

If I may join the conversation for a moment, I know the two of you are discussing this together, but I would strongly recommend submitting complaints with us before initiating chargebacks through your banks.

Even if our team is ultimately unable to resolve the cases, an uncooperative casino may receive black points, which can lower its Safety Index. This is particularly important if the casino is failing to pay its players.

I would consider a chargeback only after all other available options have been exhausted. Please also bear in mind that if you initiate a chargeback while your complaint with us is active, our team will no longer be able to handle the case.

I have some news they’ve paid my initial withdrawal of €700 and it hit my account straight away! However they are now saying it’s 2-3 business before they’ll look at my next withdrawals, they’ve agreed on chat its unacceptable and have asked me to raise a complaint! They have also stated it’s against there t’s and c’s to have more than one withdrawal at a time but acknowledge there mistake in telling me to do that! The saga continues

This is for every withdrawal by the way so if you have 4 withdrawals awaiting which there say your not allowed to do it’s 1 withdrawal 2-3 business days they’ll look at the other and so on and so on!

The main thing is you've got some of your funds gives me some hope! They rejected mines this morning saying they cant process it with my account number and sort code and had to use IBAN/BIC number because its an international payment i hope this isn't a delay tactic

I don’t have iban cause I bank with Chase so it may well be the case

I now need to wait another 2/3 bussiness days for my withdrawl to be checked! Definetly will not be using this site again

I've been using the website 'Tenobet29' for about 3weeks now. I've deposited £200 (I know that is lucky considering) anyway I have €1000 in my balance and a pending withdrawal since last Friday for €1000. Every day I live chat asking for an update and I'm told the same thing. Very busy period for withdrawals. This is a 100% scam company. I've looked at reviews the last 2 days and I've not seen one person that's been paid out (the only people getting paid are people that are getting a withdrawal of a fraction of what they have deposited it seems no one has ever been paid out more than there deposit). ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE****

If each payment only takes a few days and the remaining withdrawals continue to arrive, that is the most important thing. Being allowed to have only one active withdrawal at a time is not ideal, but it is manageable as long as the casino continues paying you.

Yesterday, one player confirmed that they had received their initial withdrawal of €700. That is at least a positive development and shows that the casino has processed one payment. The withdrawals may simply take longer, although this does not guarantee how quickly every player will be paid.
