I have been playing at Tenobet.io for at least two months now. This time, I deposited €50 and received a €50 sports bonus. With that, I managed to win around €600 and completed all the wagering requirements. I then requested a withdrawal, which was placed under review.

While my €600 withdrawal was still under review, I made another €50 deposit, this time using a casino bonus. I did this because I thought the €600 I had already won was basically secured and was just waiting to be processed.

I played responsibly with small bets of only €0.20. However, I only found out afterwards that a large number of games are not allowed to be played while you have an active bonus. This seems quite strange to me, especially because many of the most popular games are on the restricted list. For example, the terms state that the following games are restricted while playing with an active bonus: Blackjack, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Immortal Romance, Tomb Raider, Gonzo's Quest, Mega Joker, Rise of Merlin, Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, The Dog House, Sweet Bonanza, Starlight Princess, Money Train 2, Aviator, Plinko, Chicken Road, Chicken Road 2.0, and many others.

However, I did not win anything with the casino bonus and eventually my balance reached €0.

According to the bonus terms, there is also a condition stating:

"Condition for wagering: the bonus is cancelled when the customer reaches a balance of EUR 0.20 or the equivalent in other currencies."

So, as I understand it, once my balance dropped below €0.20, the bonus was cancelled.

Since I am a gambler and I was frustrated with the situation, I decided to cancel my pending €600 withdrawal. I then played with the €600 I had originally won from the sportsbook, and luckily I managed to win again. This time, I requested a withdrawal of €750.

Now, after reading similar experiences on several forums, I am worried that they may refuse to pay me.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Do you think there is a risk that they could cancel my winnings or refuse the withdrawal because I played with the casino bonus beforehand? But i dont won money with the casino bonus

That makes your situation much clearer.

For the current €750 withdrawal, three days is still quite early. Since your account is fully verified, I wouldn't assume at this point that the casino is going to refuse the payment just because it is under review.

The bonus part is a little more complicated, though. From your description, the €50 casino bonus was a separate deposit made while the original €600 withdrawal was already pending, and you eventually lost that casino bonus balance completely. You also quoted a term saying that the bonus is cancelled once the balance reaches €0.20.

That is certainly relevant, but I wouldn't say yet that it completely rules out any bonus-related issue. The important question would be whether the casino still considered that casino bonus active when you later cancelled the €600 withdrawal and continued playing, and whether they claim any of the later balance was linked to it.

So for now, I would leave the €750 withdrawal exactly as it is and definitely not cancel it again. You were fortunate that cancelling the previous one and continuing to play worked out this time, but it could just as easily have ended with the whole balance being lost.

One other important point: the original €600 came from a sports bonus. If the casino eventually disputes the payout because of sportsbook wagering or sports-bonus rules, that is unfortunately an area we don't specialize in. If, however, they specifically rely on the casino bonus or restricted casino games to void the later winnings, that would be a different issue to look at.
