Thank you. I was trying to suggest using it as a supportive document while forming another complaint request accompanied by an explanation of why you believe it should be approached differently. I sadly cannot submit another request on your behalf, but I honestly empathize with you and what is behind you. I saw you tried twice, but it didn't work; however, I truly think that I understand the problematic point. I asked my colleagues for a second opinion, but that's the max I can do.
