Today I finally got the KYC verified (since 24 december), and then I got this email stating fake facts about using bonuses so my winnings are voided. This is straight scam man. What can I do?

I requested a month ago but never heard anything. After a lot of emails yesterday suddenly there was a chat button. In the chat they told me that I need to verify my email and phone number. We did that together. After that they said I had to send my documents again for verification. They say they don’t look at the documents before you verify email and phone number. Then she told me I had change my withdrawal from 4000 to 4 times 1000. Did all that and now I’m waiting again.

I spoke to a real person in the chat for sure! I still don’t believe in a good ending. But we will see!

Jag har fortfarande inte fått mitt uttag. De säger att det beror på att jag använde bonusar, som jag ALDRIG accepterade eftersom jag vet att de är en bluff. Jag pratar med dem och jag hoppas att de omprövar och rättar till misstaget eftersom jag tycker det är otroligt att de gör så här.

Hoppas det löser sig. Med allt man läser så ser det inte ljust ut tyvärr.

För mig gjorde gambiva.com samma sak... de sa bara "ditt uttag nekades" och blockerade mig från att logga in på mitt konto. Gambiva.com är en bluffmakare. De skickar fortfarande marknadsföringsmeddelanden och bonuserbjudanden. Jag förstår verkligen inte hur dessa bedragare kan agera och varför banker och pengaöverföringsföretag tillåter detta... än mindre spelleverantörerna.

Man ska nog bara spela på de som har malta licens.

Efter många dagars väntan på uttag och verifiering så tog jag beslutet att avbryta uttaget och spela upp pengarna.

Ett råd från mig om ni vill spela. Välj ett casino med malta licens framöver.

jag ser även att man under sin profil här på guru kan lämna klagomål på casino.

jag hoppas verkligen det går bra för er andra som har otur med detta casino.

I'm very sorry to hear that. I thought you would wait and if it wasn't resolved, you would file a complaint with us. So why did you decide to lose the money in the end? I saw that the player wrote here that he managed to get his money, so I think that even if there was a delay, it could be resolved. 

Basically, the casino won without anything happening, so you either get your money or they should face some kind of penalty if they don't pay you. 

That's why I always recommend not playing and submitting a complaint instead.😕
