I feel you. In my case it wasn’t even about bonuses, my withdrawal’s been delayed for weeks with no clear explanation just 'under review'. Support just keeps looping.

My situation is i deposited €100 with a welcome bonus of €200 had to wager this x20 so in total €6000 to wager with a max ×10 withdrawal amount to the bonus received so completed wagering and have made x2 €1000 withdrawals to my skrill which are currently under review.


I have received emails from support to say that kyc takes up to 48 hours and my withdrawal will then be processed.

I'm personally a bit confused by this casino, and I still hope the withdrawals have been just delayed, but its Safety Index has dropped a bit, which is not convincing.
