Hello. I had a great win finally with crownplay casino. I hit a Jackpot over $22000. I was a VIP level 5 the highest level you can be. Max withdraw is $2500. First withdraw was quick and easy. The rule is three business days the day after your last withdraw was paid out. I got the next $2500 a week later. During this time my VIP level was dropped from five to three. Dropped my maximum withdrawal limit to $1200. I have three pending withdrawals of $1200.
You only allowed three pending withdrawals at a time. And I've been dropped down to level one which is the starting level. So now my maximum withdrawals are 800 dollars. It has been 12 days now it's our requested the first 1200 dollar withdrawal. And they have stalled. Same thing as the other players who've experienced this they say there's a high number of withdrawal requests to get through and to be patient. My problem is I suffer PTSD after I found my girlfriend had hung herself in her garage. Smash my way through the roller door to get her down to give her CPR. The ambos got their found a pulse Hospital she was on life support for seven days but passed away. Very traumatic and lots of grieving has happened this last year. My life was turned upside down. I say this because finally I had decent win which gave me hope to be able to get a car and get back to somewhat some kind of living again. The Crown player making it very difficult very low withdraw options my level one now which is gonna take close ten months to get all my money out. And with my PTSD I really struggle when being stuffed around. It really emphasizes the PTSD and symptoms that come with it when I'm waiting for my money it causes me Great pain on top of the everyday pain I feel losing my girlfriend. I would love some help trying to get some compassionate grounds to pay me out my money or at least some of it in bulk so I can buy a car and get my life back in order. It's my money I won it fair n square, without a bonus my account is all verified & I've received funds from them . I just can't deal with this waiting period. It's not good for my mental health. I would appreciate some help very much.

Will complaining make them stall longer or are they more likely to pay it faster? Also I checked my personal details and they have my birthday wrong. I went straight onto the chat to get this changed and they said they don't change it untill the verification is required. I asked if I could just change it now so there is no problem in the future and they would not allow me to. This has me very worried. Why wouldn't they just let me change it when I asked.
I've been sent a number of withdrawals by them already. But I am worried they are going to stall things even longer. There terms and conditions say withdraws will be paid within 3 days. It's been 14 days now and nothing ass of yet. It's really starting to affect my mental health what they are doing. It's really not a nice situation at all and far from fair or ethical.
