Have a huge problem with this casino. I deposited last year with a credit card I no longer have. On withdrawl from 30 free spins that I got I won 200...they want all my info from a credit card that I used a year ago.

So I dug up all the info ..including the old card sent them the statement showing them the deposit, but because itcwas a different last name ,same address, same everything ..they then want a divorce certificate, sent them that as well. Remember this is all taking place after my account was verified by the casino....now they have suspended my account and I gave to wait to see if they accept my divorce document...I'm not doing a withdrawl to a credit card I no longer have. So I seriously don't understand what they are doing. And I checked with there legal verification department they should not even be looking at a credit card that is no longer in use.

This is how you treat your players...it's a joke and I'm not impressed.

I mean it is August thus, I suspect you've made some deposits in between, have you?

One way or another, it's the casino's responsibility to pay out all legitimately gained winnings without an unnecessary hassle or delay. If I may speculate a bit, I'd say this additional verification must have something in common with AML or a flagged account. Though you should be provided with full a explanation, more importantly, all demands should be reasonable.

What would you supposed to do if the casino asked for a picture of you holding this card, for example?

Hello friends please HELP! I have been trying to verify my account now for over 2 days. They keep requesting a proof of deposit document that does not even exist. They want my bank account number with my name and address and also the deposit shown on the same page. I have sent them multiple documents proving the interac etransfer came from my account and they still will not verify my account. I think this is a fraudulent site that will stop at nothing to prevent any withdrawals. I have 2.420$ in winnings but I can't get the last part
