I am filing a complaint against Ybets (ybets.net) for refusing to process my withdrawal despite having completed KYC verification.
On December 12, 2025, I submitted my KYC documents. After waiting over three days, I received confirmation from kyc@ybets.net on December 15 stating that no additional documents were required. On December 26, I attempted my first withdrawal since verification. After waiting nearly two days, my request was rejected for the same reason: incomplete KYC verification.
No email was sent explaining what additional documents were needed. When I contacted live chat support, the agent only provided generic copy-paste responses and offered no real assistance. Their KYC team has not contacted me since the rejection.
This contradictory behavior, rejecting withdrawals for KYC issues immediately after confirming KYC completion, combined with unresponsive support, suggests either serious internal dysfunction or a deliberate attempt to prevent withdrawals.

Ybets is the absolute worst. I have a small withdrawal of 325 dollars that of course delay tactic after delay tactic. This site needs to be blacklisted.

This casino has been undergoing verification procedures for over several months.
After requesting an investigation from Google, it was determined that this casino's system server is corrupted, preventing submitted attachments from being delivered properly.
