Hi, I found only one resolved complaint with this casino which was more related to account verification, but I didn't find out if the player got the money in the end. You can read it here.
Also, there are only two players writing in this thread and so far there is no sign of anyone getting money, which is quite disappointing.
Anyway, as far as the fact that on the website they state that you can contact curacao gaming license, can you show some screenshots as well ? It seems strange to me since the license is from Costa Rica, which is not very credible.
However, you still have no update from the casino regarding the withdrawal ?

Hi, I haven't forgotten about you and I found out the following thing. The casino is in the process of acquiring/renewing an E-gaming license, so that's why they have it mentioned in the T&Cs, but the current valid license is only Costa Rica. So in this case I don't recommend contacting E-gaming about complaining because they are not helping anyone there so far. And unfortunately, we have no contacts for Costa Rica. So if any player has a serious problem, he can file a complaint with us and we will try to help him through our contacts with the casino.
