I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from TrueLuck since last Saturday, with a total amount of €20,000. My account is fully verified, and I have not used any bonuses — all winnings are from regular play.
However, each time I request a withdrawal, it stays on "pending" for several days and then gets canceled without any clear explanation. The support team keeps mentioning technical issues or system updates, but nothing concrete ever happens.
I’ve been patient and cooperative, even re-submitting verification documents multiple times when asked. Despite this, my withdrawals continue to be delayed or canceled.
I still have hope that this will be resolved soon, and if the payment is successfully processed, I will update this post accordingly.
