Hi, I see you're not the only one who has a problem with the casino stating that you have 2 accounts. In your case, I see that you have already opened a complaint and described some information. I don't know what the problem could be in your case. Do you know of anyone who could also open an account from the same IP address ? Are you in contact with the casino when you say they don't want to solve your problem ?
