It doesn't say "sticky bonus" in the first deposit bonus column, but it actually looks like a sticky bonus. I received my first deposit bonus and played, but the initial bonus amount was deducted when I withdrew. I want the text corrected.

However, I think information sites like Casino Guru need to provide information correctly.

Thor casino's welcome bonus is a sticky bonus.

If you deposit $50 and get a $50 bonus, $50 will be deducted when you withdraw.

However, Casino Guru does not mention this and may mislead those who view this page into believing that they can withdraw their bonus if they wager 5 times their deposit amount.

For example, the Greenspin Casino page mentions that the welcome bonus is a sticky bonus.

However, the Thor Casino page makes no mention of that.

Also, when I received my welcome bonus at Thor Casino, I didn't have to wager 5x my deposit in order to withdraw.

Support told me that I have to wager 5x my deposit only when playing without a bonus.

So I thought the Thor Casino page needed to be fixed.

First of all thank you for the head up. I've double-checked the casino's bonus terms and conditions and although the terms are a bit confusing as you can see here..

the welcome bonus is really a "sticky" bonus (checked with livechat as well) so we have updated this information in our bonus terms description.

For the wagering, we have this marked correctly as the wagering 5x the deposit is applicable all the time. So even if the actual bonus has no wagering there is still the requirement to wager 5x every deposit before applying for a withdrawal.

When you get a deposit bonus at Thor Casino, it is divided into real money and bonus money, and the real money is reduced by the amount you wager and the winnings are transferred to the bonus money.

When all real money has been transferred to bonus money, you will be able to withdraw.

This means that you only need to wager 1x your deposit to be able to withdraw.

I was able to withdraw without any problem.

Ask Thor Casino support if possible.

As can be seen in the Bonus Terms And Conditions...

although it is stated "at our sole discretion as per AML policy for any bonus" we are looking at the "worst case scenario", so as you stated this rule was not fully applied in your case, however, the casino can set the wagering requirement as it's mentioned in their Bonus Terms And Conditions. It's always better to be prepared for this than be "disappointed" when you suddenly find out, that the wagering is higher than you expected.

Hello, you should receive a confirmation from the casino, or if the casino offers this feature you should see the status in your account. As proof of address, any utility bill issued at your expense should work. As proof of identity, your national ID card or similar document (travel passport or so) should be ok.
