Man skulle kunna tro att repatrieringen skulle lyckas, men jag tror inte att de skulle bry sig. Kanske lättare att göra en insättning på 25e och sedan ta ut. Hur stor summa har du för närvarande som väntar på att bli uttagen?

I'm trying to withdraw $350 which is a lot of money in South Africa. I originally had $30 in the account and the balance got up to $350. My Svenplay account is in USD. Problem is this is happening at a very inconvenient time. $25 is a lot of money here in South Africa as well and I really don't have it. That's the issue. This problem never occurred to me or I would have used an ewallet like Astropay or Muchbetter from the start when I originally deposited.

you simply have to pass the verification first, so you have to send the requested .pdf format of your bank statement. Call your bank and ask for it. It's truly easier to cooperate now because, through the complaint, we allow casinos 14 full days to complete the KYC and send the money.

Yes absolutely. Before I went to Svenplay I didn't know about casinoguru rankings or askgamblers or anything like that. However I've been using other more reliable casinos like Wazamba and Betinia and they are great. I'm gonna stay away from Svenplay and all the LCS casinos from now on for sure.

Hello! I thought it would be good to bring here a little experience of this casino.

I made a deposit on the first of December 2022, the deposit was the third and the amount was 200 euros so i didnt have bonus just raw money. I won 4,000 euros then and I still have the same amount in the balance at the moment.

When I tried to withdraw, it said that the account must be fully verified. I sent the documents on the first of December and on Sunday the 4th of December I got a message that the address and identity have been verified, but the bank statement could not be verified because it did not have the bank logo on it (all other casinos have accepted this statement)

let's see if this casino can pay winnings or do i need to contact to mga.
