how can you say this casino has a rating of 9.3/10.... i read the players responses ...i got a full video of the game freezing and what i was to win on the current winners as it go along the bottom of the screen..yeah and clear as day..over and over game freezing on winns casion letting other know what apparently i wow..but casion balance not updating ..i ask them and there answer is its a glitch ...NOW glitch when your a casion and your not paying winning and using that a your reason well come on ....... and you rate them again 9+ ... now after constant argureeing with them bec players all ways a lier ..lol ..once i video my play the said ok will investigate it... video clears as day ..and been over a week now..i ask can i get a time frame on a answer ..and again using a broad answer ... no time frame will let you know....yeah chrimas is coming as well..who know when or what there going to say ... i play at other casion i despoit over 700K last year this year im about 500K into despoit so i know casion and i play every day..... this casion is the worst i have ever come across ..agin your rateing either is incorect or the casion has input to your rating

Listen superboss casino is a joke… They play dumb they answer you with Rhetorical answers… they contradict everything they say they do not allow you to move anywhere forward with your complaint they try to shut you down there and they do gestapo tactics with your winnings they hold the power they don’t care this is the most ridiculous casino I have ever played at. After my complaint can you believe it with freezing and my evidence that clearly shows that I won money in the hundreds if not thousands they offered me $50 with a wager of 40 and a maximum win of three how disgusting was this casinos negotiation when I clearly even had the whole game on video is and their excuses there’s a glitch in the system glitch it says that I won but when are you when it’s a glitch!!!!

In case of technical glitches and bugs, the casinos usually reserve the right to not pay these associated winnings, because the game was not running smoothly, and it's not the casino's fault - the game provider provides the games.

and their bonuses are ridiculous they force you to take the bonuses sometimes that option turns on automatically then you get onto support to remove the bonus and you haven’t even played it and they make you wait the next day because no one is available to remove a bonus unbelievable support can’t remove a bonus you have to wait for a manager and then some of the bonuses are max at x3 wins .. seriously I don’t know where this casinos come up with Max win times three you’re gonna sit there and waste all your time to win $150!!! And glitches on the system that’s ludicrous the casino should have some type of responsibility if their website has glitches and I have showed that I have one with the video footage so my problem it should pay out again I can’t understand how this is a number 9+ casino beware

Well if there is glitches and on the winning table it shows that I’ve won one amount and the provider shows a different amount or someone’s gotta have some type of responsibility easy to say it’s not the casinos responsibility but it is and it should be because on the casinos running page I was winning who can prove what no one could ever prove anyone could cover it and I was gonna tell you the truth this is what I’m trying to say we I’ve got video footage they gonna say any sort type of story not to pay and you telling me still and 9+ casino !

I can't recall now but have you reached out to the game provider then? Games are run from the game provider's official servers, so as far as I understand, the casino can't be responsible for glitches and technical bugs.
It's up to the casino to show or not show goodwill, fairness it's a different case. I would try the game provider. Let us know how it goes eventually.
I'd say that casino is scamming players if winnings are not paid out. From what you wrote I just figure out that you are not satisfied with the outcome.
