I have just received the withdrawal of 800€ that I requested on March 13, 2026 today. Currently, there are still two withdrawals being processed: 800€ from March 14, 2026, and 800€ from March 15, 2026. Today, I also made another withdrawal of 700€.


I have to say that the first withdrawal was completed relatively quickly.


I believe smaller amounts are paid out quickly.

From what you’re saying, the casino isn’t responding at all, which doesn’t help the situation since we’d both probably like to know why this happened and why they took your money.
