I really am!! I know that! I’m so lucky on the slots even every time I go to Vegas I have never come back empty handed! Instead, my friends always come back in "red numbers"
well that was until I "met" sunrise slots ! They took my groove away… I’m so mad at them they owe me more than 1,500 out of 2500 they took away from my account, Because they are soooo baaaad! They hide rules and they made up excuses not to pay me and confiscated my whole balance! I never was so unlucky like now with them!

So, finally we got an answer from SS but of course in my case is not helping at all…
and with this are new rules and excuses not to pay me again! 
so watch out for this new rules they are explaining there because those can ruin your luck too!
Anyways, they said too that they are sending the previous $130 I withdrew and they approved already (before my big winnings were voided) which I haven’t received yet since February 03.

I'm constantly checking your complaint for more clues, but seems even Tomas could youse some hints.
The team is working on that, and this case is quite close to what we used to call a stupid excuse.

I’m so disappointed on their management at SS all they did since the start was excuse after excuse al kind of reasons that don’t apply to m case, they don’t show any evidences (screenshots, numbers etc) nothing, just words!!!

as you can tell is the most informal receipt of a wire transfer, it should look like this instead:
It should be an automated email not something hand written it just shows that they are overriding their system’s records… what do you think ?
