It seems complicated at 1st and it takes patience to set up your bitcoin account to your bank but once its done its really cool.
But yes Jay, there are alot of wYs to lose ypur bitcoin ... stick to what you are comfortable with

George, you did file a complaint with them? I believe I read it. Do you think it helped you get your money even though you did have to wait.
I have been chatting with their service and they keep telling me it's 7 to 10 days to get approved.
It wasn't 7 to 10 days on the 1st withdrawal the first small one.

Morning bro,
Filling the complaint helped a lot, it kept sunrise slots to there terms. Example: when i filled the complaint it went exactly 7-10 days from aproval to payout and 4 days exactly to receive payment from there payment providers.
On my own: 18 days for approval 10 days to release payment and 4 more to get payment fron service provider's.
I had Nick from casino Guru as my mediator to ask sunrise for updates during my complaint, to a direct contact person at the casino.
Everyone at casino guru is very capable of helping you.
I would encourage you to file the complaint, it cuts down on the stress of having to deal w/ all the B.S from different sunrise slots staff who may or may not hold up your payment.

I don't do tournament's to confusing but i got a few that i tried they were free but then i don't know if i won or not so i stick to casinos that use bitcoin payments to deposit and withdrawal they are quick and painless.... except for SUNRISE CASINO!!! Boooooo!!

Mmmm… you lose $$$ on fees on crypto transactions depending of your cryptosite and the value of it that fluctuates so much! but is just my feeling… 😕

You can lose all your money if you send it to the wrong crypto address, the fluctuation part is if your investing.... but i got the hang of it.. i really like it... you need an eye for detail to make sure everything is correct before you hit send.. its scary i lost plenty of money that way
