Hello, I’m writing here because I urgently need help.

I won €200 on Spinsy, but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my money. It’s unacceptable that an online casino can’t process such a small withdrawal. Out of frustration, and trying to get something back, I sadly lost another €100 while waiting, hoping to recover what was mine. That was my mistake, I admit it – but the situation drove me there.

I’ve contacted their support several times, but they give me no real answers. I demand a refund of my €200, which is my right. If this isn’t resolved with the help of Casino Guru, I’ll consider taking legal action. Taking advantage of users like this is shameful.

To the managers of Spinsy: shame on you.

Hello,

Here are the details you requested regarding my withdrawal issue:

The most recent withdrawal request was submitted on July 9, but I had already attempted several withdrawals in the previous weeks as well.

All of these requests have been completely ignored. I only receive vague email replies with no concrete actions or resolutions.

No clear explanation has ever been given as to why the withdrawal was not processed. On one occasion, I was told the issue was with my bank — however, I have contacted my bank directly and they confirmed there were no attempts or refusals on their end.

In the support chat, despite providing all requested documentation and personal details, I was only met with generic responses and no actionable support.

At this point, I ask for full transparency and immediate resolution if you can help me. I am still willing to cooperate, but I also reserve the right to escalate the matter if this continues to be delayed or ignored.

Det har gått 11 dagar sedan mitt uttag godkändes. Jag måste göra 9 uttag till utöver de 3 som väntar på godkännande. Casinot heter spinsy.com, och de ger samma tvetydiga svar både via e-post och livechatt. De har sagt till mig sedan dag 3 att de kommer att eskalera min begäran till finansavdelningen, men deras svar är alltid att vänta. Jag skulle verkligen uppskatta om jag kunde komma i mer direkt kontakt med dem via Casino Guru.

Det här är svaren jag får. De säger till och med att min profil är perfekt och att det inte borde ta lång tid, och här är jag, det har redan gått 13 dagar. Jag förstår tidsfristerna, men jag har 11 uttag att göra. Jag hoppas att inte alla tar så lång tid. Hi my partner deposited $50 into spinsy and won won a little over 4K. On slots and roulette on the 8th July I did my wagering on the 12th July put in 2request to withdraw 750 and got reply stating they had received request and within 3 days it would be in but haven’t got anything 25th July- and is showing still processing? And 1 saying it’s approved bu in my acc it says it still not and under review? Can someone please help?
